CompleteForge is a premium subscription service that provides unlimited access to all FORGE platform workflow generators including N8NForge, MakeForge, ZapierForge, WorkatoForge, and ActivePiecesForge. The Service generates production-ready automation workflows from natural language descriptions across all supported platforms.

3. Subscription and Billing

CompleteForge is offered as a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the monthly subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic monthly billing unless you cancel your subscription
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Notify us of any changes to your payment details

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

4. Unlimited Usage

CompleteForge subscribers receive unlimited workflow generation across all supported platforms. However, we reserve the right to implement fair use policies to prevent abuse or misuse of the Service that could negatively impact other users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Forge Platform and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Workflows generated through CompleteForge are licensed to you for your business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or generated workflows.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to compete with FORGE platforms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Generated workflows will be error-free or suitable for all use cases
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FORGE PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Forge Platform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

CompleteForge integrates with n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, ActivePieces, and other third-party platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Forge Platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
